The women’s health and well-being session caters to individuals aged 50 and above; however, NBA extends a warm welcome to participants of all age groups. During this session, women have the opportunity to socialize, build connections, and make friends. The program is replete with engaging activities, featuring either an exercise session or an hour-long aerobics class. Additionally, the session includes health talks, guidance on well-being, and participation in health events.
As part of NBA’s commitment to community safety, First Aid Training sessions have been organized specifically for women. These sessions aim to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively in the event of an accident at home.
The Youth activities are tailored for individuals aged 14 to 19. The NBA Young Men’s Youth Forum is established to heighten awareness and create avenues for young men to engage in various excursions, activities, training, and workshops. These initiatives enable young men to explore new experiences and enhance their educational pursuits. The forum also seeks to empower young men by offering opportunities to actively contribute to community development and ensure their voices are heard through the sharing of their perspectives and opinions.
Bangla Supplementary Class
NBA conducts Bengali language sessions open to all children and young individuals, providing an opportunity to learn and converse in their native language.
The classes take place on Saturdays from 10 am to 12 pm, exclusively during term times.
NBA collaborates with a third party to conduct ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) classes, assisting community members in initiating their English language learning journey if it is not their primary language.
Additionally, NBA organizes adult training sessions covering diverse subjects, including basic computer skills training.
